100% Cotton Batik Fabric was chosen for its tighter weave, giving better protection and longer wear than most cottons.
Each mask has a permanent sewn-in stainless steel nose bridge which is washable and will not rust.
These masks are 2-ply, comfortable and breathable, with a variety of fabric choices available for both women and men.
Taking Measurements
Every face is different - so let's design a unique mask that fits you. Please follow these directions, and note your CHIN and EAR measurements. Then write down your FABRIC choice (see below).
Using your measurements, a personalized mask pattern will be designed. You will be notified of a time frame, usually 2 days.

An enclosure is made for the stainless steel nose piece, then attached to the inside front, and sewn all around. Through a small opening, the whole mask is turned inside out, and topstitched.

The elastic tie is zigzag stitched for 1.5 inches to make a sturdy enclosed loop.

Elastic is inserted into the folded 1 inch hem and topstitched, giving it strength for future wear and tear.

In front of the mirror, put the loose elastic over your ears, then place the nose of your mask at the same level as your lower eye lids. Gently push the sides of the stainless steel nose bridge to fit your face snugly and close the air gap - keeping it rounded at the top of your nose for comfort. Don't pinch it tight making a V shape. The metal can always be flattened and refit.

Next, tighten the elastic tie, by holding the elastic and sliding the rubber tube, so that the mask fits comfortably yet snugly on your face, and your mask won’t slide down your nose when you talk.
Once the nose and ears are set just right - you are done, and they stay in place!

For best and long lasting results, hand wash for 1 minute with liquid hand soap which lathers up nicely, then rinse thoroughly. Drip dry the mask, to help keep it's shape. It will be dry within several hours or just leave it overnight. Yes, the mask can be machine washed, but please air dry to preserve the elastic longer.
