We are gearing up to organize our NEW 2026-2027 Crafts Show Season! The Artistic Crafts & Gifts Show in the Recreation Center will run weekly on Tuesdays starting September 8 to May 18. Crafters need to get their renewal request in early. Once the Table Schedule is full, additional crafters will be listed as a Table Substitute, and may request a table when one becomes available.
All our crafters and artisans can get their products shown every day with a Free Virtual Listing on our website. Customers can contact you throughout the year. The listing of 6 photos and contact information takes about 1 day to post.
These Virtual crafters are also featured, on a rotating basis, in our weekly Facebook Crafts Show publicity announcements which reach over 5,000 OTOW residents!

••• Your Cell Phone + Emergency Name & Phone - We will also need a contact person in case of emergency during a Crafts Show.
••• I currently have a Tuesday Table and would like to RENEW. Crafters need to sign up online ASAP since these tables fill up fast, and your Registration receipt will be dated. Placement will be based on date of renewal. After tables are filled, those people still wanting to renew, will be placed on Substitute status.
••• I am NEW and would like to JOIN - You will be emailed a Welcome Kit which includes your Registration receipt, instructions on how to get a Virtual Listing on our website, and "How-To Photography Tips" to best showcase your items.
••• I would like to request a Tuesday Table when one is available - When a regular weekly crafter gives up their table, this opens up a regular weekly spot.
••• I would like to be a Last Minute Tuesday Table Substitute - Join our list of crafters who can be called on Sunday, Monday or even be ready early on Tuesday when a table is available to sell your items at the Recreation Center, because someone will be absent that day. ••• If our Coordinator Marion calls with an opening, you would need to have your 8'x3’ tablecloth, any table displays, products packed for transport, and be there at 7:45AM to set up on that specific Tuesday. The show starts at 9AM and closes at 12PM.
••• I want to start a Free Virtual Listing of my crafts on this website. We will work with you on what is needed in regards to 6 photos and information for creating a Virtual Listing for you.
••• I would like to be featured in an OTOW News Article.
Each month a different crafter is showcased with a bio and photo of their work - great publicity for you and our Crafts Show! We will provide you with the information needed for your article. After its publication, your crafts photo and bio are posted on our Monthly Featured Members website page in the year it was written. Please review our previous articles for ideas, and get to know our crafters!
